Out of State Permissions

Kentucky Youth Soccer - Out of State Player Registration - For players who play with a Kentucky Youth Soccer member club but reside in a different state, those players must register with the state where they live.

Indiana Youth Soccer Association - Resident Player Registration Form for Permission to Play Out of State 2024-2025- Out-of-State Player Permissions will be processed online and there will be no charge. Each player requesting Out-of-State permission must use their Gotsport account. If you do not have a Gotsport account, please follow the instructions on the link to create a new one.
